A drive of approximately 30 min to your hotel with time to unpack and get a relaxing coffee.

We will then have a general informative viewing of the local area, local towns, other facilities and local amenities.

Depart after a leisurely breakfast at around 10am

View various properties in different locations along the coast in your preferred budget range.

Light lunch and continued viewing, various coffee breaks during the day to get a feel of the local facilities and area

Continued viewing of properties in different locations and possible return to ones later that day the suit your needs to go into greater detail if required.

Reviewing of properties of main interest and if required we can help negotiate the best possible price directly with the builders on your behalf.
